As a Recruiting Intern with the University of Oregon Football Team, I worked closely with the recruiting department to support the full lifecycle of the recruiting process. From event execution to prospect evaluation, my role was hands-on and fast-paced, especially during high-traffic times like game days and official visits.

I also supported the talent evaluation process by reviewing game film and scouting reports to help assess potential recruits. This work gave me valuable insight into what coaches look for in athletic performance, character, and team fit.

This experience taught me a lot about the operational side of a major collegiate athletic program and sharpened my skills in communication, organization, and team collaboration, all in a high-energy, high-stakes environment.
